Rain was forecasted today so I had to get up and out early to get ahead of the weather. Headed to The Netherlands Carillon near Arlington National Cemetery in Virginia. Was hoping for a chance to capture some of the amazing tulips with the illuminated Washington DC monuments/landmarks in the background. Here are the results:
