2021 started with the continued threat of COVID and very uneasy feelings about travel. Decided to spend 6 weeks in the Outer Banks and rented a home from someone we had rented from on many previous occasions. We also packed our disinfectants, sprays and cleaning supplies, masks, along with the tripods and lenses. Rather than gorgeous sunrises and sunsets, we spent 80% of those six weeks appreciating rain!

Not really sure what to expect from the upcoming next 6 months. All in all, I am very grateful that our efforts have kept us safe from the virus. We have had devastating news regarding a health issue for our daughter, but we go on, one day at a time.
