I so look forward to visiting Charleston in the spring. The oldest and second largest city in the state of South Carolina, Charleston is a port city featuring cobblestone streets, antebellum architecture, fragrant blooming flowers, historical buildings, parks and monuments. There are so many unique shops and alleys with colorful painted doors. I always leave wanting to see and do more; but, I walk as much as I physically can and always find something cool to photograph. The two new stores we visited this time around were: Callie’s Hot Little Biscuits and King Street Cookies. (I figured if I could walk 3 miles to the cookie store, I could eat one and walk off the calories on the way back to the car!) I made sure it was a really good cookie–“need-to-breath sinfully cinnamon” — incredible!! Best Cookie Ever!!!
