A few weeks into a brand new year and I’m wondering how you’re doing on your “resolutions.”  Like most, I hope to shed a few pounds, exercise a bit more, and go wherever I can afford to go!  There’s been a little progress, a little frustration, a bit more hunger and sore feet, but every step is a step in the right direction.  There’s a flurry of activity all around the city at this time of year…inauguration day is just around the corner.  Hordes of people will soon flood the streets of Washington, DC and fill the air with chaos and excitement.  In light of all this, here are few pictures of the silent beauty that hovers over the historical monuments in the nation’s capital city.  Prints available through my gallery.
